How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped -Please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipping, most freight shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on the efficiency of the shipping company.

In some cases, back orders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is to ship it out as soon as possible. You can expect receive a notification that your order has been packed withing 5 business days.
